1. Program Description

AP Miami Luxury sends SMS (text) messages to customers and prospective customers who have explicitly opted in through our website inquiry form, a Meta Instant Form (Facebook/Instagram), or by texting an opt-in keyword to our number. Messages are sent in connection with exotic vehicle rental reservations, booking logistics, and optional promotional offers.

2. Message Types

Reservation confirmations and booking status updates
Concierge coordination (pickup location, timing, instructions)
Payment reminders and invoice notifications
Booking reminders (e.g., day-before rental reminder)
Optional promotional offers and new vehicle announcements (for customers who have opted in to marketing)

3. Message Frequency

Transactional messages vary based on booking activity (typically 3–6 messages per booking lifecycle). Promotional messages are sent no more than 2 times per month to customers who have opted in to marketing communications.

4. Rates & Charges

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. AP Miami Luxury does not charge any additional fees for SMS messages.

5. How to Opt In

AP Miami Luxury collects consent for marketing (promotional) messages separately from all other consents. Marketing consent is never bundled with the Terms of Service agreement, reservation confirmations, or any other consent, and it is never a condition of renting a vehicle.

Transactional / service messages: When you submit a reservation or inquiry and provide your phone number, we send messages needed to service your request (confirmations, pickup logistics, payment notices), as described in our Privacy Policy. This does not opt you in to marketing messages.
Marketing messages — website form: Promotional SMS requires checking a standalone, optional, pre-unchecked checkbox on our reservation and contact forms at apmiamiluxury.co, which states: "By checking this box, I consent to receive recurring promotional SMS messages from AP Miami Luxury. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for support. Consent is not a condition of purchase."
Keyword opt-in: Text START to +1 (786) 733-9456. You will receive a confirmation message upon opting in.
Meta Instant Forms: Submitting a lead form through our Facebook or Instagram ads that includes a standalone, optional SMS marketing consent question, separate from any other consent or agreement.

6. How to Opt Out (STOP)

To stop receiving promotional SMS messages from AP Miami Luxury at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further promotional messages will be sent.

Note: Transactional messages required to complete an active reservation (e.g., pickup instructions, payment confirmation) may continue until your booking is finalized.

8. Privacy & Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your information is used solely to operate the AP Miami Luxury Messaging Program and related rental services. We use Twilio as our SMS delivery provider and Firebase for secure data storage. Both services are bound by their own privacy policies and security standards.

9. TCPA Consent

By opting in to this program, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from AP Miami Luxury at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or rental. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP.

10. Supported Carriers

Major US carriers are supported, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carrier availability is not guaranteed for all carriers or devices. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No Sharing of Mobile Information: We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

11. Changes to This Program

AP Miami Luxury reserves the right to modify or discontinue the SMS Messaging Program at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
