AP Miami Luxury reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions. All services are subject to availability and internal approval.

1. Eligibility and Client Qualification

Renters must be at least 25 years old with a valid U.S. driver's license and government-issued ID. AP Miami Luxury may require proof of insurance, credit authorization, security deposits, and driving record verification. Meeting minimum eligibility criteria does not guarantee approval.

2. Reservations, Deposits, and Payment

A reservation deposit is required to secure availability. Full payment, along with any applicable security deposit, must be received and cleared prior to vehicle release. Payments are generally non-refundable unless AP Miami Luxury exercises discretion. See our Cancellation Policy for details.

3. Vehicle Use and Conduct

Vehicles must be used for lawful purposes only. Prohibited activities include:

• Racing, track use, or performance testing
• Unauthorized subleasing or transfer of the vehicle
• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Any use that violates local, state, or federal law

Only approved and authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.

4. Responsibility, Damage, and Liability

Renters assume full responsibility for loss, theft, damage, or wear to the vehicle during the rental period. Renters remain liable for insurance deductibles and any damages not covered by insurance, including administrative costs and charges related to vehicle recovery or repair.

5. Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled rental period may incur fees or forfeiture of deposits. See our full Cancellation Policy for complete details.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information is used for business purposes and is handled in compliance with applicable privacy regulations. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and designs, is the property of AP Miami Luxury or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AP Miami Luxury shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services or rental agreements.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or rental agreements shall be resolved in the courts of Florida, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.

7. Messaging Program (SMS and WhatsApp)

Program name: AP Miami Luxury Messaging Program. By expressly consenting through our website inquiry form, a Meta Instant Form (Facebook/Instagram), or by texting an opt-in keyword, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS and WhatsApp messages from AP Miami Luxury at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or rental.

• Message types: reservation confirmations, booking updates, concierge coordination, and optional promotional offers
• Message frequency: varies by booking activity; promotional messages are up to 2 per month
• Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless plan
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties
• Reply STOP to opt out of marketing messages at any time
• Reply HELP for support information

If you opt out, we stop promotional messaging. Transactional messages required to complete an active reservation may continue until your booking is finished. Full SMS program terms are available at /sms-terms.html. Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
