⚠️ IMPORTANT: There is no full refund once the 24-hour free-cancellation window after booking has passed, unless you purchased Cancellation Protection. All cancellation timing is measured from your booking confirmation and scheduled pickup.
Cancellation Timeline
Within 24 Hours of Booking Confirmation
You may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund of all payments made. No penalties apply. This is your free-cancellation window.
After 24 Hours, More Than 48 Hours Before Pickup
No cash refund is issued. The full amount paid is held as a credit toward a future booking, valid for 12 months. If you purchased Cancellation Protection, you instead receive a full cash refund (see below).
Within 48 Hours of Pickup or No-Show
The rental amount is forfeited and no credit is issued, unless you purchased Cancellation Protection. This ensures we can maintain vehicle availability for committed clients.
Cancellation Protection (Optional Add-On)
For 10% of your booking total ($99 minimum), Cancellation Protection lets you cancel for a full cash refund up to 24 hours before pickup — even after the free-cancellation window. It is a protection add-on, not an insurance product.
Security Deposit
Your security deposit is a refundable hold and is handled separately from cancellation. It is released after the vehicle is returned in the same condition, less any applicable damage or fees.

Cancellations are processed from the time you contact us. Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to appear in your account.
Special Circumstances
We understand that life happens. In case of genuine emergencies, medical situations, or force majeure events, please contact our team immediately. We may be able to offer a full refund or reschedule your rental for a future date.
These exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and require supporting documentation.
Damage & Additional Charges
Beyond the cancellation policy above, customers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period. Your security deposit may be partially or fully applied to cover:
- Exterior damage (dents, scratches, paint)
- Interior damage (seats, dashboard, upholstery)
- Mechanical issues caused by misuse
- Late return fees ($100/hour after 30-minute grace period)
- Mileage overage ($9.99/mile over included 100 miles/day)
- Fuel refill charges if vehicle returned below ¾ tank
- Smoking/vaping cleaning fee ($500)
- Excessive cleaning fee ($250) for interior damage
We photograph and video all vehicles before and after rental. You will receive an itemized report of any charges within 48 hours of return.
Delivery & Pickup
We offer complimentary delivery to select approved locations in Miami-Dade County, including:
- FBO terminals (KOPF, KTMB, MIA Private Aviation)
- Luxury hotels (Four Seasons, Faena, Edition, St. Regis, Setai)
- Miami Beach (South Beach, Mid-Beach, Bal Harbour)
- Downtown Miami, Brickell, Wynwood
Delivery to other locations may incur an additional fee. Our concierge will confirm delivery details and any applicable charges when finalizing your booking.
Insurance & Coverage
Renters must provide a declaration page showing full comprehensive and collision coverage in their name that transfers to the rental vehicle. Please note that many personal auto policies and credit-card coverage exclude exotic and high-value vehicles — confirm your limits before booking.
If your policy doesn't cover exotics, you can add our optional Damage Waiver (a waiver, not an insurance product) for a daily fee, which caps your responsibility for covered accidental damage at a $5,000 retained responsibility per incident. International renters can arrange coverage through our third-party partner. Full terms are provided at booking.
